听鈥�Murder on the Titanic鈥� features music by Danish composer Matias Vesterg氓rd set to a libretto by Lea Marie L酶ppenthin.
While the cast centers undergraduate and graduate students from NPU鈥檚 Voice program, singers and instrumentalists from the wider 草莓影视 community fill out the roster, including a local high school student, 草莓影视 alumni and faculty, and professional singers.
听鈥楳urder on the Titanic鈥� sinks all rules of narrative by bringing together a shipful of characters: some real, some fictional, some who weren鈥檛 even on the Titanic, and many of whom lived at different times from one another.听 The result is a fever dream of Americana filtered through a Scandinavian lens.听
