Breanna Parker is a Chicago artist who is currently a student at ²ÝݮӰÊÓ majoring in Art Education. Her work has been exhibited in two group shows at ²ÝݮӰÊÓ’s Carlson Tower Gallery. She has extended her practice and knowledge into the community by working as an art instructor at a day camp during the summertime.
She primarily works with graphite and acrylic paint. Recently, she has been exploring collage. Her artwork’s intent is to allow viewers to experience a variety of emotions through abstraction and the way in which she manipulates materials. Oftentimes her work has a playful and humorous notion.
