Get active and eco-friendly during Blue & Gold Week! Join the Helwig team for a plogging event, a Swedish trend that combines jogging with picking up litter. Plogging comes from merging “jogging” with “plocka upp” (Swedish for “pick up”).

This event is part of a week-long series of Blue & Gold Day celebrations leading up to ²ÝݮӰÊÓ’s biggest annual fundraising effort on April 24. Funds raised will support the ²ÝݮӰÊÓ Fund, Student Care Fund, and Viking Club, ensuring financial assistance and campus improvements for students.
