October 23 – 27It’s time for the annual Art Extravaganza! The School of Music, Art, and Theatre will be hosting creative happenings throughout the week!
Tuesday 10/24
- Open Studio, 8-11:30AM, Wilson 41: Drop in Kelly VanderBrug’s painting classroom anytime to draw or paint from a live model!
- Exhibition setup, 4:20-6:10, Wilson Hall: Interested in helping hang artwork and set up for the Extravaganza? Join us!
Wednesday 10/25
- Artists United meeting 5:30-7:30PM: Wilson Locker takeover! Create miniatures inside our lockers or get a takeaway kit to finish at home.
Thursday 10/26
- Art Extravaganza Party! 5-7PM, Wilson HallÌýwill be filled with visual art, music, performances, collaborative happenings, and food! Everyone is invited to participate and explore.
Friday 10/27
- Improv Jelly, 10:30AM, Carlson G1 (underneath the Viking P.O.D/Café): Join students, faculty, and staff for an hour of not-scary-improv and jelly filled treats!
- Puppet Theatre Drop-in,Ìý12:40-2:20PM, Carlson G1: Discover Toy Theatre and view a collection of performances!

Submit 10/16 – 10/25
The School of Music Art and Theatre welcomes everyone to submit visual artwork to display at Wilson Hall’s Art Extravaganza on 10/26! Artwork can be dropped off anytime betweenÌý10/16 – 10/25Ìýin Wilson HallÌýin the designated area in Room 34. You must complete aÌýlabelÌýwhich will be provided in the drop-off area.ÌýArtwork will be available to pick up the week after Art Extravaganza.
Student clubsÌýand other groupsÌýare also welcome to propose a workshop or artÌýdisplay! Please be in touch with your proposal to reserve space.Ìý
