²ÝݮӰÊÓ

Undergraduate Programs

Study Abroad in Ecuador

Immersive study-abroad experiences give ²ÝݮӰÊÓ’s Spanish majors the opportunity to experience first-hand Latino and Latin American cultures as well as practice their language skills among native Spanish speakers. Two options are available.

Winter Term in Ecuador

After completing three semesters of college-level Spanish, ²ÝݮӰÊÓ students can apply to participate in a special program in Cuenca, in the south central region of Ecuador. This program pairs intensive study in Spanish language and Latin American culture with travel, service opportunities, and host family living. Each winter, a group of ²ÝݮӰÊÓ students are accompanied by a member of the Spanish Department faculty to live and study in Cuenca for eight weeks.

ISEP (International Student Exchange Program)

²ÝݮӰÊÓ is a member of ISEP, a worldwide network for international education, with more than 300 member colleges and universities in the United States and more than 40 other countries.
