Program Requirements
The Master of Science in Nursing: Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner prepares students for the AGPCNP certification exam offered through the American Nurses Credentialing Center or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Master’s degree requirements
- 11 semester hours (sh) of graduate nursing core courses
- 15 sh of advanced practice core courses
- 21 sh of AGPCNP specialty courses
Total: 47 semester hours plus 765 practicum hours
