The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree prepares individuals to become ethical leaders in a rapidly diversifying and global economy. The industry-driven curriculum teaches you important leadership competencies, including critical relationship-building and decision-making skills that will help you manage the multifaceted and complex process of achieving a desired outcome in your work. The ²ÝݮӰÊÓ MOL can be completed through traditional face-to-face classes, 100% online, or through a combination of formats. Classes are available at our main campus in Chicago or at the University Center of Lake County in suburban Grayslake. Online courses work around your schedule, with no specific weekly class time. Choose the combination of class locations that fits your learning style and schedule.

After completing a master’s degree from the School of Business and Nonprofit Management, you can return to take any business and nonprofit courses—even complete another degree or a certificate—at a 50% tuition discount.

Graduate-level certificates allow you to add value to your degree in a specific area, from management to finance to marketing and more. You may complete one of 16 business or nonprofit certificates through your elective courses without adding time or cost to your degree program.
