Institutional Effectiveness oversees continuous improvement activities at the university, including assessment, accreditation, academic program review, administrative planning and evaluation, institutional research and reporting, and strategic planning analysis.
Mission and Vision
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for coordinating all institutional and discipline-specific accreditation processes and assists with campus-wide and unit-level assessment to support the University’s quality improvement efforts. To this effort, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness is committed to supporting the faculty of ²ÝݮӰÊÓ to prepare students for lives of significance and service. ²ÝݮӰÊÓ and the Office of Institutional Effectiveness is dedicated to supporting departments in recruiting full- and part-time faculty who are experts in their field, who are able to shape a cohesive learning community where faith, learning, and service meet and who are committed to the distinctively Christian, city-centered, and intercultural values of ²ÝݮӰÊÓ. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness facilitates the assessment and supports the professional development of all faculty to help ²ÝݮӰÊÓ provide quality education and create an increasingly productive and rewarding work environment.
