Q. Where can I find my earnings statements?
A. Earnings Statements are located in Self Service. You can access them by logging in and clicking on the Employee section. After that, click on the link that says Earnings Statements.
Q. Where can I find my聽W2 statements?
A. W2 statements are located in . Under the Tax Information tab.
Q. Where can I find a list of my stipend payments?
A. You can view your stipend payments in Self Service. You can access them by logging in and clicking on the Employee section. After that, click on the link that says My Stipends.
Payroll Information

The policy states that paper time cards turned into the HR Office will result in a delay of pay equaling one pay period. All hours worked should be submitted online during the proper pay period.
All paper time cards submitted to HR will need to be turned in by your supervisor. If you need to submit a paper time card, please submit it to your supervisor. That supervisor will then sign and submit it to HR for you.
You can ensure that you are paid on time by entering your hours on .
- Log-in with your username and password.
- Go to the 鈥淓mployee鈥� tab.
- Then click on 鈥淭ime Entry鈥�.
Online time entry and paper time cards from previous pay periods are due every other Monday at noon. Your supervisor will then have until Tuesday at 4:00 pm to approve your time entry.
When entering your time, it is also important to double check that you are entering it in the correct position, at the correct time, and on the correct date. If you do not enter your time correctly, your supervisor may reject your online time entry. You would then need to submit a paper time card which may result in a delay of payment.
